In 2000, English Soap Company founders Bob and Juliet rediscovered a collection of unused antique soap molds in a farm’s machinery workshop in Kent.
Bob and Juliet were so moved by their finding, that they dedicated several years to mastering the soapmaking and fragrance processes. Imagine a bar of soap that is as luxury as it is long-lasting: it has a silky, smooth texture, it moisturizes rather than dries out the skin, and it smells like a high-end designer perfume.
Since their soap business was becoming so successful, Bob and Juliet eventually relocated it from their kitchen to a farm in the rural area of Sussex. Due to the rising popularity of their soaps, the company was able to flourish from there.
All of English Soap’s products are still manufactured at the original farm location in scenic Waldron, East Sussex.
